The website, including but not limited to its programming, editing, compilation and other elements necessary for its operation, the designs, logos, text and/or graphics, is the property of the CONTROLLER or, where applicable, the CONTROLLER holds a licence or express authorisation from the authors. All the contents of the website are duly protected by the regulations on intellectual and industrial property, and registered in the corresponding public registers.
Regardless of the purpose for which they were intended, total or partial reproduction, use, exploitation, distribution and commercialisation require in all cases the prior written authorisation of the CONTROLLER. Any use that has not been previously authorised shall be considered a serious breach of the intellectual or industrial property rights of the author.

IP addresses
The website servers may automatically detect the IP address and domain name used by the user. An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to a computer when it connects to the Internet. 4. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
