Thanks to their generous size, they are ideal for families, as we offer triple and quadruple rooms. Almost all rooms have a bathtub.

Double rooms, with one or two beds, can comfortably accommodate one or two people. Those with a double bed may range from 1.35 m up to 1.80 m wide.
They are bright, spacious rooms with an average size of 22 m².

General terms and conditions
These general conditions are subject to the provisions of Law 7/1998, of 13 April, on General Contracting Conditions; Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws; Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce; Law 1/2011, of 22 March, on the Statute of Consumers and Users of the Valencian Community; as well as all applicable tourism regulations and, on a supplementary basis, the Civil Code and the Commercial Code.
* PRICE AND BOOKING GUARANTEE:
– The WEB rate only applies to bookings made directly through the website, after accepting the booking conditions.
– Prices are guaranteed at the time of booking for the requested dates. Any modification to the dates or type of room may change the applicable rate, so we recommend that you check the rate in force at the time you confirm the changes.
– For your own benefit and in order to protect your rights, you must read these terms carefully before making a booking. If you do not understand any of the points, please ask us for further information.
– You must be 18 years of age or older to make a booking and stay with us. If a guest is under 18 and arrives at the hotel, they will not be allowed to stay alone. We are entitled to require a photo ID (any type of identity card and/or passport) as proof of age, and if the guest does not have such a document or fails to provide this information, we are entitled to cancel the booking with no right to a refund.
– The customer has full legal capacity to make the booking and states that they understand and fully accept all the conditions set out on the website. The customer confirms that the data provided when formalising the booking are true and complete, and that they confirm the requested booking, particularly the dates indicated and the number of guests.
* YOUR STAY
– All rooms are non‑smoking. It is not permitted to smoke in any of the rooms or in the public areas of the building, nor is it permitted to interfere with our fire detection system or any safety equipment. If you do so, we may cancel your booking and we reserve the right to take any other action. We may (at our sole discretion) request immediate reimbursement of our reasonable costs during your stay, or authorise a third party to contact you after your stay in order to recover our reasonable costs.
– You may not bring potentially dangerous items onto our premises.
– You may not damage or interfere with any property belonging to us. Should you do so, we may cancel your booking. You must immediately report any damage caused to our building or our property. We may (at our sole discretion) request immediate reimbursement of our reasonable costs during your stay, or authorise a third party to contact you after your stay in order to recover our reasonable costs for any repairs, replacements or special cleaning we may need to carry out if you cause damage to our building. If you so request, we will send you a breakdown of these costs to the address used to make the booking.
– You must not cause any kind of disturbance to other guests or to our staff, including, but not limited to, disturbance caused by noise.
* ONLINE BOOKING PROCEDURE IN THE ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM
– Enter your desired check‑in and check‑out dates. Please note that the indicated check‑out date refers to the day you will leave the room; that night is not included in your stay.
– Select the number of rooms you wish to book.
– Select the number of adults and/or children who will occupy the requested rooms. Children are considered to be those between 2 and 12 years of age. Anyone over the age of 12 is considered an adult.
– Select the extras you wish to include: breakfast, extra cot, pet, Warner tickets…
– Once you have completed all the previous steps, you will be shown the options available, which you can select by clicking on “book” next to each one.
– To fully understand the booking you are making, we provide you with the following sections, which you should review:
a. By clicking on the room type, you will find a description and a photograph.
b. If you book an Offer, clicking on it will show you details of what is included.
c. If you select more than one night, clicking on the price will show you a detailed breakdown of the price of each night.
– In the final step you will see all the information about your booking and its price including VAT
– At the end of your booking you will be asked for the details of the person in whose name the booking is made.
– Once the last step of the booking has been completed, you will receive an email with the confirmation. In the same email you will find a summary of your booking and you will be able to print a document with all the details.
Room prices per night: Prices are only valid in writing and for the period stated. Where there are legitimate reasons, Hotel Los Olivos reserves the right to change these rates without prior notice. The prices relating to your booking will be shown to you during the booking process.
If, despite acting with due care and diligence, Hotel Los Olivos is unable to provide the rooms contracted for reasons beyond its control or due to force majeure, and if it is impossible to provide the services under the agreed conditions, Hotel Los Olivos will offer the client the option of either a full refund of all amounts paid or accommodation in another property with similar characteristics in terms of category or quality. If the alternative service is of a lower category or quality, Hotel Los Olivos will refund the difference.
PAYMENT METHOD, CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
* PAYMENT METHOD AND CANCELLATIONS:
– A valid credit card is required to guarantee the booking, providing the cardholder’s name, number, expiry date, CCV and type of booking.
– Advance payment is strictly required 7 days before arrival.
– The guest must provide a valid credit card when making the booking and take all reasonable steps to ensure that the information submitted is correct. Hotel Los Olivos accepts no responsibility for errors in the information received.
– If the credit card provided by the customer is not valid, Hotel Los Olivos reserves the right to cancel the booking unilaterally.
– If the customer is entitled to a refund in accordance with our terms and conditions, the establishment will refund the corresponding amount using the same payment method used for the booking, within a maximum of 7 days from the date on which the customer requests the cancellation.
– Cancellations must be notified by email to reservas@losolivos.es, stating the booking reference and the names of the guests.
– In case of no‑show, the establishment will charge 100% of the total booking amount.

– If cancellations are made within the 7 days prior to the guests’ arrival, the establishment will charge the amount of the first night of the booking.
– For cancellations made more than 7 days before arrival, the establishment will not apply any charges.
* BOOKING CHANGES
– Changes cannot be made via the website.
– For any date changes, please contact the Reservations Department by email at reservas@losolivos.es.
– Some rates are directly linked to the number of nights booked, so any change may alter the daily price for the remaining nights. We recommend checking the special conditions indicated in the offers.
