These general conditions are subject to the provisions of Law 7\/1998, of 13 April, on General Contracting Conditions; Royal Legislative Decree 1\/2007, of 16 November, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws; Law 34\/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce; Law 1\/2011, of 22 March, on the Statute of Consumers and Users of the Valencian Community; as well as all applicable tourism regulations and, on a supplementary basis, the Civil Code and the Commercial Code.<\/p>\n
\u2013 The WEB rate only applies to bookings made directly through the website, after accepting the booking conditions.
\u2013 Prices are guaranteed at the time of booking for the requested dates. Any modification to the dates or type of room may change the applicable rate, so we recommend that you check the rate in force at the time you confirm the changes.
\u2013 For your own benefit and in order to protect your rights, you must read these terms carefully before making a booking. If you do not understand any of the points, please ask us for further information.
\u2013 You must be 18 years of age or older to make a booking and stay with us. If a guest is under 18 and arrives at the hotel, they will not be allowed to stay alone. We are entitled to require a photo ID (any type of identity card and\/or passport) as proof of age, and if the guest does not have such a document or fails to provide this information, we are entitled to cancel the booking with no right to a refund.
\u2013 The customer has full legal capacity to make the booking and states that they understand and fully accept all the conditions set out on the website. The customer confirms that the data provided when formalising the booking are true and complete, and that they confirm the requested booking, particularly the dates indicated and the number of guests. <\/p>\n
\u2013 All rooms are non\u2011smoking. It is not permitted to smoke in any of the rooms or in the public areas of the building, nor is it permitted to interfere with our fire detection system or any safety equipment. If you do so, we may cancel your booking and we reserve the right to take any other action. We may (at our sole discretion) request immediate reimbursement of our reasonable costs during your stay, or authorise a third party to contact you after your stay in order to recover our reasonable costs.
\u2013 You may not bring potentially dangerous items onto our premises.
\u2013 You may not damage or interfere with any property belonging to us. Should you do so, we may cancel your booking. You must immediately report any damage caused to our building or our property. We may (at our sole discretion) request immediate reimbursement of our reasonable costs during your stay, or authorise a third party to contact you after your stay in order to recover our reasonable costs for any repairs, replacements or special cleaning we may need to carry out if you cause damage to our building. If you so request, we will send you a breakdown of these costs to the address used to make the booking.
\u2013 You must not cause any kind of disturbance to other guests or to our staff, including, but not limited to, disturbance caused by noise.<\/p>\n
\u2013 Enter your desired check\u2011in and check\u2011out dates. Please note that the indicated check\u2011out date refers to the day you will leave the room; that night is not included in your stay.
\u2013 Select the number of rooms you wish to book.
\u2013 Select the number of adults and\/or children who will occupy the requested rooms. Children are considered to be those between 2 and 12 years of age. Anyone over the age of 12 is considered an adult.
\u2013 Select the extras you wish to include: breakfast, extra cot, pet, Warner tickets\u2026
\u2013 Once you have completed all the previous steps, you will be shown the options available, which you can select by clicking on \u201cbook\u201d next to each one.
\u2013 To fully understand the booking you are making, we provide you with the following sections, which you should review:
a. By clicking on the room type, you will find a description and a photograph.
b. If you book an Offer, clicking on it will show you details of what is included.
c. If you select more than one night, clicking on the price will show you a detailed breakdown of the price of each night. <\/p>\n
\u2013 In the final step you will see all the information about your booking and its price including VAT
\u2013 At the end of your booking you will be asked for the details of the person in whose name the booking is made.
\u2013 Once the last step of the booking has been completed, you will receive an email with the confirmation. In the same email you will find a summary of your booking and you will be able to print a document with all the details. <\/p>\n
Room prices per night: Prices are only valid in writing and for the period stated. Where there are legitimate reasons, Hotel Los Olivos reserves the right to change these rates without prior notice. The prices relating to your booking will be shown to you during the booking process. <\/p>\n
If, despite acting with due care and diligence, Hotel Los Olivos is unable to provide the rooms contracted for reasons beyond its control or due to force majeure, and if it is impossible to provide the services under the agreed conditions, Hotel Los Olivos will offer the client the option of either a full refund of all amounts paid or accommodation in another property with similar characteristics in terms of category or quality. If the alternative service is of a lower category or quality, Hotel Los Olivos will refund the difference. <\/p>\n
\u2013 A valid credit card is required to guarantee the booking, providing the cardholder\u2019s name, number, expiry date, CCV and type of booking.<\/p>\n
\u2013 Advance payment is strictly required 7 days before arrival.<\/p>\n
\u2013 The customer must provide a valid credit card at the time of booking and take all reasonable steps to ensure that the information submitted is correct. Hotel Los Olivos accepts no responsibility for errors in the information received.<\/p>\n
\u2013 If the credit card provided by the customer is not valid, Hotel Los Olivos reserves the right to cancel the booking unilaterally.<\/p>\n
\u2013 If the customer is entitled to a refund in accordance with our terms and conditions, the establishment will refund the corresponding amount using the same payment method used for the booking, within a maximum of 7 days from the date on which the customer requests the cancellation.<\/p>\n
\u2013 Cancellations must be notified by email to reservas@losolivos.es, stating the booking reference and the names of the guests.<\/p>\n
\u2013 In case of no\u2011show, the establishment will charge 100% of the total booking amount.<\/p>\n
between 24 and 48 hours prior to the guests\u2019 arrival.<\/p>\n
\u2013 If cancellations are made within the 7 days prior to the guests\u2019 arrival, the establishment will charge the amount of the first night of the booking.<\/p>\n
\u2013 For cancellations made more than 7 days before arrival, the establishment will not apply any charges.<\/p>\n
\u2013 Changes cannot be made via the website.

\u2013 Some rates are directly linked to the number of nights booked or to a package of services, so any change may alter the daily price for the remaining nights. We recommend checking the special conditions indicated in the offers.<\/p>\n
